Yes. Wherever possible, we prioritise continuity so that the same companion provides ongoing support. Familiar faces help build trust, confidence and meaningful relationships.
OakenBridge currently provides non-regulated companionship and practical home support. We do not provide washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, medication administration, nursing care or clinical services. If regulated personal care is needed, we will always be honest and help guide you towards a suitable provider.
OakenBridge currently provides non-regulated home support services and is therefore not required to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the services we currently offer. We operate with professionalism, transparency and high standards while focusing on companionship and practical support.
We support families across London, with Richmond, Kingston, Hounslow and Ealing currently being our priority launch areas. Please contact us if you are outside these areas, as we may still be able to help.
Every enquiry is different. We aim to respond promptly and will discuss availability during your initial consultation. Start dates depend on the type of support required and companion availability.
Every family's needs are different, so we provide personalised quotations based on the type of support, visit frequency and individual requirements. We will always explain pricing clearly before any services begin.
We aim to offer flexible support that meets each family's needs. Minimum visit durations, where applicable, will be discussed during your consultation so we can recommend the most appropriate level of support.
